The Fish is NOT DEAD. Not. I went to go dump him Tuesday night (because it was one of those kinds of days, where you leave a dead fish in a bowl for a while. Okay, for the entire day) and Josh said, "Mom, he's still alive." I said, "No, Josh, he's finally dead." Josh said, "No, Mom, he's moving." And whaddya know? Sure enough, he was still moving his gills. That darned fish. Now I have to clean his bowl again.

I'm not kidding you, Beta fish will outlive us all. One time while dating Dustin (you're going to think we were nutso), we bought two beta fish and put them in the same tank to see who would win in a BETA WAR. They literally ripped each other to SHREDS for at least an hour (why were you watching them fight for a whole hour, you ask!? I still don't know) and then they both LIVED, though mangled, for as long as I can remember. You better watch it---that fish could just be playing you like a piper just for attention!!! :)
Sure love and miss you guys!
LOL Kerri! I'm sorry your fish won't die. We've always had the opposite problem.
