Another Public Service Announcement

I know you like feeling good about yourselves, and I consider it my public duty to help you in this quest. I guarantee you didn't do anything as stupid as I did today:

I backed into my garage door for not the first, and not the second, but the THIRD time (in two months) today.

David wasn't too thrilled with me (but handled it gracefully). I wasn't too thrilled with myself.

There. Don't you feel great?

Oh that poor van of yours is taking a beating!!! Any more rear endings or maybe side swipes on the way to school in this lovely weather???? ;-) Y

Oh Kerri! So, So, sad! 3 times--my word, how long have you been in that house now! Your poor van, but what about your poor house. I venture a guess now to say that you house has ben "BROKEN IN"!

Only because I have done it a few times myself. :)

And a couple times I've backed into the other car. Yeah. I am not a good backer.

It only makes me feel better, because now I know I'm not the only one. I guess misery really does love company.

I have also backed into the other car...quite embarrassing.

Maybe you feel like me. Anytime I back up I cringe expecting to hear a loud bang or crunching sound. So, yeah, I've been there done that with backing up into things (like brick mailboxes, basketball standards, etc.).

And just to make myself feel better, I think the more little whoopsies like these we have is just a sign we've got so much going on in our head we can't bother ourselves with the mundane. . . . . so don't cry, just be glad your head is filled with thoughts.
