Calling for All of Your Amazing Recipes

OK, friends. You know how you have those few recipes that are absolute winners? The ones that you absolutely love and work every single time? I'm looking for those. What are you famous for? Do you have the perfect White Chicken Chili (Malisa, this means you)? Are your chocolate chip cookies the best ever? Will you post your favorite recipes on your blog and link me to them in your comment? Or put the link, if the recipe's already online.

What I'm really looking for (but I want it all. So even if you don't usually comment, PLEASE do...):

Chocolate Chip Cookies (although I think I may be very close to perfection with Alton Brown's The Chewy. You just have to use more flour.)
Big, Fat, Delicious, Chewy Gingersnaps
Great soups
Easy breakfast ideas
Whatever. As long as it's really really good.

Here is one of my best ever:

Light Oat Bread I triple it, make it in my mixer, and of course end up using more flour until it pulls away from the sides of the bowl. It is so so so good.

OK, so send away. My family will thank you!!!

I've wanted to try the chewy..love Alton. I 'll give you the great gingersnap recipe when I find it once we unpack. And you'd better share what you get!

Because I can't figure out how to get a link onto my comment, I'm sending you to: madeitlovedit.blogspot.com, a blog some friends and I started so we could share our favorite recipes with each other.

Try Tortellini Soup (my all-time favorite soup), Chicken Corn Chowder, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Tres Leches Cake. There are also some fantastic muffins there. If you want to contribute, let me know. I'll send you an invite.

I am on a quest for a big soft ginger cookie, so I hope you get one!

I have recently started following a blog called sisterscafe.blogspot.com and I am really enjoying their recipes. I have tried several and, so far so good. Or Liz has our "family" cookbook so you could go through that and get good ideas too. And make sure you post anything good you come across.

Come to think of it, I just made THE ultimate chocolate mousse cake for my son's birthday yesterday. Maybe I'll try to post it on my blog. It's not one of your wanted categories, but it is HEAVEN!!

this is one of our favorite recipes...we make it all the time and love it because its so healthy

Harvest Turkey Burgers

1 pound ground turkey breast
2 T fresh Tyme finely chopped
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
2 scallions ( or onion finely chopped)
1/2 red bell pepper finely choped
1 carrot shredded
1/2 small zucchini shredded

Combine ingredients and form into 4 patties. Cook in olive oil approximately 7 minutes on each side over low heat. The recipe says to serve them on split crusty rolls with lettuce, tomatoes, and creamy ranch dressing. I serve mine with or without buns and always avocado on top.

They are SO good and I really don't know if the kids would have any idea there are so many veggies hiding in them!
