The girls and I went to my niece Arianne's shower, where we listened to her engagement story and watched her bubble over with excitement about her upcoming wedding. Sweet Arianne was just a baby when I married David. She has a lovely voice and a happy disposition. We're thrilled for her. I forgot my camera, of course, so you can't see how cute she is. Sorry!
(But man, this no treats thing is TRICKY. Each week gets easier, and I definitely feel healthier, but I have had many days when all I want is to gorge on something totally unhealthy. Emotional eating, anyone? So these are NOT my treats, but are the desserts that I brought home for David and Josh. Aren't I sweet?)
